Partner Kelley Franco Throop has been practicing civil litigation since 1995. Her practice consists of insurance defense and coverage work, probate litigation, including will contests, trust disputes, defense of trustees, conservatorships and guardianships, and general civil litigation. She regularly appears in the Connecticut Superior and Probate Courts, and she has argued and won appeals at the Connecticut Appellate Court.
